The 2008
Marching Through History Expo, held October 11-12 at Prado
Regional Park in Chino, CA, proved to be Legio VI's greatest triumph
to date. Our encampment unveiled some wonderful new additions,
including a training arena, civilian / military dining area and some
wonderful new displays built by new member John Scott.
Demonstrations and living history displays kept the camp bustling
throughout both days and kept a steady stream of visitors
entertained and enthralled. Our performance earned us two of the
four top awards granted by the event's organizers each year-- Best
Educational Encampment, and the Esprit De Corp Award for our
flawless pass-in-review drill. The excellent photos below were taken
